Over the past 20 years, I've progressed from building core frameworks for millions of banking users to founding an IoT startup, and now leading AI-driven products.
Currently, I am a Tech Lead at Private Identity, where I guide the architecture of scalable, secure systems—specifically focusing on Edge AI maintaining hands-on delivery.
Alongside my primary role, I invest my time in building side projects that explore new patterns in AI and engineering. Currently, I'm developing StridePose, an AI-powered gait analysis tool, and building turboquant-js, an open-source implementation of Google's TurboQuant algorithm for near-optimal vector quantization.
In 2018, I co-founded Enjoy.it, an IoT FoodTech platform that transformed how the beverage industry handled automation and monitoring at customer sites. As CTO, I led product strategy, operations, and the engineering behind our IoT hardware and cloud infrastructure.
We raised over 1M BRL, joined the prestigious Cubo Itaú network, and were recognized as a Top 10 Brazilian FoodTech by 100 Open Startups across multiple years. In 2022, I exited daily operations to transition into an advisory role, where I continue to guide their technology strategy and scalability.
Before my founder journey, I spent several years deeply embedded in high-scale enterprise environments. As a Senior Software Engineer consulting for TripAdvisor, I shipped features under rigorous governance standards using Java, GraphQL, and Kafka.
As Head of Engineering at Cubo Itaú, I built the engineering organization from the ground up, delivering a 100% serverless digital platform. Prior to that, I oversaw web and mobile systems serving over 1.5 million customers as a Senior Staff Engineer at Cielo, and spent seven years at Itaú Unibanco, where I led a core framework team delivering improvements that impacted 12 million internet banking clients.
